🎯 The Role
We generate the leads; you close the deal.
We are seeking a Sales Executive with 2+ years of experience to convert our marketing leads into loyal clients. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, guiding them from their initial inquiry to signing the contract. If you are a persuasive communicator who loves the thrill of the sale and understands the digital landscape, we want to talk to you.
✔️ Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management: Promptly contact and qualify inbound leads generated by our marketing campaigns via phone and email.
- Consultative Selling: Understand the unique needs and pain points of prospective clients and propose the right digital marketing solutions to solve them.
- Closing Deals: Negotiate terms, overcome objections, and close sales to meet or exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM.
- Relationship Building: Nurture relationships with strong prospects to ensure high conversion rates.
✔️ What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience (B2B or Digital Agency experience is highly preferred).
- Closer Mentality: You have a track record of meeting quotas and closing deals. You don’t take “maybe” for an answer.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication. You can explain complex digital concepts in simple business terms.
- Resilience: You handle rejection well and stay motivated.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software and online meeting tools.
✔️ Requirements & “Nice-to-Haves”
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Mobility: A valid Driving License and own vehicle is a distinct advantage for local client meetings.
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing (SEO, SEM, SMM) is a strong plus.
